In July 1981 it was founded by Jorge Franca and Maria do Céu Franca the accounting enterprise Pereira & Franca in Largo dos Aviadores, Bombarral.

With a 13-year-old career in accountancy, Jorge Franca started this activity in order to provide accounting, fiscal support and salary processing services for his 15 clients.

Member and co-founder of the Portuguese Association of Accounting and Administration Enterprises (APECA), this enterprise has shown a clear evolution in computing processing, leaving behind the former equipment used in this activity.

In 1983, Pereira & Franca becomes one of the first enterprises in Portugal to use computing processing in small and medium-sized firms business accounting.

Nowadays the enterprise is located at the 11th, Rua José Veríssimo Duarte in Bombarral. In this office a team of 12 people (including 3 Certified Accountants) assures its 230 clients for a quality service. All the staff members have access to a computer network in the office as well as Internet and their own e-mail account. We consider this tools extremely important to fulfil our clients and fiscal system demands.

Pereira & Franca's main goal is to offer a specified service to each client, especially by following management periodically.

Another important action developed by Pereira & Franca was transferring the accounting documents processing from their office to the client's office. The information contained in the enterprise business applications is transformed into accounting data. In this way, it is possible to get the results faster and follow the enterprise's management more efficiently. The whole procedure is executed without removing documents from the client's office.
